3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and made in good faith.
• Donations are used solely for the charitable objectives of FCO Assessment Foundation.
• Donors may be eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 133(1)(b)(ii), Income Tax Act 2025 (Certificate No. AAHCF1454DF2026102).
• We reserve the right to decline any donation at our discretion.
